CHALLENGE

The beverage industry is a crowded space; therefore, finding a gap in the market and building Moment’s brand positioning and voice within it required thourough research and strategic thinking.

PROCESS

When I began at Moment, they had just made their new Instagram. I was tasked with strengthening their image and implementing marketing strategies. At the time, the company had two employees, including myself and the owner.

Specifically, I performed target market research, influencer outreach and collaboration, social media giveaways, and sent out creative PR packages. In addition, I strategized and created on-brand advertisements for Tik Tok and Instagram, Tik Tok content, executed SMS marketing campaigns, uploaded content on the Shopify website, designed social media graphics, and photographed lifestyle product shots.

OUTCOME

Our branding and marketing strategies resulted in a significant increase in sales and social media engagement. Moment’s branding, image, voice, position, and personality became strong and spoke to its target audience. They were also seen on Shark Tank, and Moment Botanical Water can be purchased in bodegas all-over Manhattan. To this day, they continue to grow.
